Well, where've I been? School no longer starts on a Wednesday in this part of the world. Here's what I don't get, though. Why do proud Mommas wait with their kids for that 'first-day' pic in the most shabby, WalMart clothes they could find at the bottom of the laundry basket? These poor kids are going to grow up. They are going to have to relive these pics. They are going to become the next serial killers!!

More importantly, I have to drive past them in the morning. Dirty sweatpants. Coffee stained sports bras. I must leave for the office earlier!! Hey!! Shouldn't I get to at least see some new teachers' legs at the gas station at least??
